The above suspect is wanted for multiple counts of indecent exposure. The victims range from 10 years of age to 56 years of age. The suspect has committed these crimes near elementary and intermediate schools in the Aliso Viejo and Mission Viejo areas. The suspect approaches the victims, tries to engage them in conversation, and then exposes himself.

The Orange County Sheriff's Department currently has 14 open cases involving 19 victims, with increased activity within the last two weeks. Recent reports indicate that the suspect has been chasing his victims. Investigators are concerned, as the suspect's behavior has grown more aggressive towards his victim's. Arrest warrants have been issued totaling the amount of $125,000.

The suspect has been known to frequent the Aliso Creek trail area, in the vicinity of Interstate 5 and rides a black mountain bike.
