Orange County Law Enforcement Agencies

Many cities in Orange County have their own police department; however, others choose to contract law enforcement services with the County. Please view the list below to contact the police department in your respective area. Remember, in a life-threatening emergency, call 9-1-1 for immediate assistance.

Role of Law Enforcement

  • Build positive relationships with students, teachers, parents, and others to help create a culture of tolerance
  • Engage in proactive activities to prevent bullying 
  •  Become experts on the state’s bullying law(s)
  • Provide supervision, and be present and vigilant for warning signs
  • Take part in efforts to investigate bullying and related behaviors
  • Take part in meetings with involved students and parents, where appropriate
  • Take appropriate action if a crime is involved
