SOUND/VIDEO/SECURITY SYSTEMS UNITThe Sound/Video/Security Systems Unit is comprised of technically diverse individuals whose backgrounds include service in the military and entertainment industry. Members of this group have received specialized training and intensive on-the-job training to enable them to work on a wide variety of electronics equipment and systems. Responsibilities include:

WAREHOUSE UNITThe employees assigned to the Warehouse Unit are an integral part of the Communications Division. These hard-working individuals work with vendors to purchase materials necessary for the day-to-day operations of the Communications Division, and assist with processing of invoices. They maintain a stockroom filled with vital components that are necessary to enable quick repairs of equipment on all of the mission critical systems maintained by Communications. | |

CUSTOMER SERVICEThe employees assigned to Customer Service staff the service desk during business hours. Personnel receive equipment for repair, and calls for service from our public safety customers. They dispatch appropriate technical personnel and handle all paperwork related to services provided by the division. | |
